Inspired by the great coastal homes of southern Europe, Hopetoun is a study in warmth and light. Hand-finished white stucco, terracotta roofing and wrought iron balconies frame arched loggias that open onto lush, layered gardens. Natural stone paving, a sheltered pool and generous outdoor living and dining spaces blur the line between inside and out.

Interiors by Poco Designs carry the same sense of craft within — warm timbers, honed marble and soft, tactile textures throughout. Integriti Projects bring this vision to life with meticulous attention to detail, delivering a family home that is relaxed, generous and quietly timeless.
