Integriti Projects is where quality construction meets timeless design. Based on Sydney’s North Shore, we specialise in premium residential builds, renovations and extensions. Our team of designers, project managers and builders are brought together by a common passion – creating beautiful spaces.

Beyond creating beautiful spaces for our clients, we build homes that are
both practical and liveable – homes that are the perfect balance of
functionality and style. From sweeping luxury to understated elegance,
we work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life. Whether
you’ve planned every detail down to the statement tapware or have an
architectural style in mind that you can’t quite articulate, our team
provides thoughtful guidance and practical solutions from the
foundation to the finishing touches.

Our combined experience and expertise when it comes to residential
builds is what sets us apart. We understand that builders, project
managers and designers’ jobs are intrinsically linked and while these
worlds often collide, they do not always collaborate. At Integriti Projects,
we recognise seamless builds and stunning designs are born out of these
moving parts working cohesively rather than simply coexisting.

This seamless operation of our multidisciplinary team alleviates the
stress often associated with building and renovating for our clients. We
leverage our in-house architects, designers and builders as well as our
extensive network of tradespeople to deliver high quality builds for our
clients both on time and within budget.

The Integriti Projects team will coordinate and oversee the entire
process. We begin with a comprehensive in-home consultation to get an
understanding of the space you wish to create. Once we have a clear
understanding of your vision, our in-house architects and interior
designers draw up detailed plans and concepts for your review. Once you
have approved the proposed plans and budget, we obtain any necessary
approvals from council, notify neighbours and begin the construction
process. We love working closely with our clients from start to finish,
however if you prefer we will confidently manage the entire project on
your behalf.

At Integriti Projects, we pride ourselves on providing second-to-none
customer service – communication is at the heart of how we operate. It’s
our mission to ensure the build process is an exciting experience for
every one of our clients.

Andrew Stenos

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Combining a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property with 12 years experience across high-end commercial fitouts and project management of residential developments, Andrew was 22 when he decided to start his own business. Initially focusing on bathroom renovations, Integriti Projects has rebranded to a quality building company offering interior design, project management, and construction of luxurious family homes and apartments. With Integriti growing everyday, Andrew’s vision is to become the number 1 premium building company in Sydney.

Aaron Thoo

Co-Founder & Managing Director

With an analytical mind and a relaxed temperament, Operations Manager Aaron ensures that all projects are of outstanding quality and delivered smoothly and with an excellent service experience for the client. His ultimate goal is to deliver above and beyond client expectations for each renovation experience. Aaron graduated from UTS with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and gained valuable experience in the construction industry working for ten years as a Project Manager and Financial Controller for high rise residential developments.

Luke Kamen

Construction Manager

To complete everything to the best of his abilities at all times, no matter what challenges arise- has been Luke’s formula for success during his 25 years working in the building industry. He describes himself as hard-working and patient. Not one to be shy about his love for a challenge, Luke sees himself as a problem solver and troubleshooter. The more complex and quirky the projects, the better. If you’re not being challenged, what’s the point?

Callan Dell

Operations Manager

Callan has over 12 years experience in deluxe home builds and renovations. A down to earth Tasmanian born and bred, Callan holds client relationships as one of his highest priorities and thrives on exceeding expectations. Passionate and driven not only in his job but outside of work as well where he has an active lifestyle and keen interest in the outdoors. Club captain of his AFL side Wests Magpies as well camping and surfing just to name a few.

Tony Barakat

Chief Financial Officer

Tony has extensive experience as Finance Director across a multitude of different industries in large corporate settings as well as small organisations. He uses his knowledge in analysis and strategy to improve business performance across the board. The secret to Tony’s performance at Integriti? Finding time to unwind through the travelling, running and reading, with a constant hunger for learning that aids in his industry knowledge.
