Andrew Stenos  Founder & Managing Director   Combining a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property with 11 years experience across high-end commercial fitouts and project management of residential developments, Andrew was perfectly positioned, when, at the age of 22, he decided to start his own business. Initially focusing on bathroom renovations, Integriti Projects has rebranded to a quality building company offering interior design, project management, and construction of luxurious family homes and apartments. The company has been on a growth path ever since driven by Andrew’s clear vision to become the number one premium building company in Sydney.  Andrew is also in charge of Business Development and Sales. His infectious, energetic nature and never give up attitude allow him to build authentic and genuine relationships with prospects and clients. With his practical approach and meticulous attention to detail, he approaches every new design project with the goal to exceed the client’s expectations. He strives to be better every day while, together with his team, helping clients transform their vision into reality. Josephine Willcox  Marketing Manager   Josephine oversees all marketing activities, including content creation, managing social media channels, styling, shooting, and the filming of finished projects.  Her professional experience of 10 years spans across almost all creative fields. As a freelance fashion photographer, she travelled to London and Milan for Fashion Weeks and worked for brands such as Vogue Australia.  A creative soul, Josephine finds inspiration in everything around her and pays attention to details that make all the difference to achieve the client’s vision. Luke Construction Manager  To do everything to the best of his abilities at all times has been Luke’s motto during his 25 years working in the building industry. He describes himself as hard-working and patient. He clearly loves a challenge and sees himself as a problem solver and troubleshooter. The more complex and quirky the projects are, the better.

Aaron Thoo  Operations Director   Aaron describes himself as calm, cool, and collected. Character traits that are pivotal to his role as Operations Manager. With his analytical mind and attention to detail, he ensures that all projects are of outstanding quality and delivered smoothly and with an excellent service experience for the client. His ultimate goal is to improve each client’s renovation experience.  Aaron graduated from UTS with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and gained valuable experience in the construction industry working for ten years as a Project Manager and Financial Controller for high rise residential developments.  He loves the high standards of the Integriti brand and the down-to-earth nature of his colleagues. His never-give-up attitude fuels his constant drive for improvement and growth.

Aaron describes himself as calm, cool, and collected. Character traits that are pivotal to his role as Operations Manager. With his analytical mind and attention to detail, he ensures that all projects are of outstanding quality and delivered smoothly and with an excellent service experience for the client. His ultimate goal is to improve each client’s renovation experience.

Aaron graduated from UTS with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and gained valuable experience in the construction industry working for ten years as a Project Manager and Financial Controller for high rise residential developments.

David Jeoung  Contracts Administrator   Numbers, methodology, and a structured approach are three things that make David tick at work. While studying Civil Engineering at UNSW, he wears two hats at Integriti Projects: as the Contracts Administrator, he looks after contracts, purchase orders, invoices, rates, insurances, material orders, and the filing and organisation of all the necessary paperwork. As the Estimator for Integriti Projects, David provides quotes for clients, deals with variations, tenders and ensures that the price for a specific project reflects the scope of work.

Jun  Master Tiler   Originally from Korea, our master tiler Jun is passionate about sport (especially soccer) and he loves working for the project as he gets a genuine kick out of tiling where he believes that the devil is in the detail.

Tiffany Booke  Design Coordinator   Tiffany studied Interior Decoration and Design at Sydney Design School. For one of her assignments, she won a 6-month traineeship with Integriti Projects in 2016. When the company offered her a permanent role, she took it with both hands.  As the Design Coordinator, she works closely with her clients taking them by the hand during their renovations to assist them in creating their dream homes. For Tiffany, interior design means making most of the available space and ultimately helping people improve their lifestyle. Her strong communication skills coupled with an eye for detail, creativity, vision, and a friendly nature form the foundation of her customer service approach. Like the entire team, she strives to be the best version of herself every single day to exceed her client’s expectations.

As the Design Coordinator, she works closely with her clients taking them by the hand during their renovations to assist them in creating their dream homes. For Tiffany, interior design means making most of the available space and ultimately helping people improve their lifestyle. Her strong communication skills coupled with an eye for detail, creativity, vision, and a friendly nature form the foundation of her customer service approach. Like the entire team, she strives to be the best version of herself every single day to exceed her client’s expectations.

Elizabeth Thoo  Accounts Administrator   In her role as Accounts Administrator, Elizabeth manages all incoming invoices and liaises with her colleagues on a daily basis to ensure that all work has been completed and all costings are correct.  She describes herself as responsible, reliable, and logical and loves organisation and structured processes. Honesty is one of her personal and professional values and aligns her closely with the Integriti brand.  Her professional experience spans eight years across client service management and account administration roles. Before, she studied at UNSW majoring in Human Resource Management and Finance.

Elizabeth Thoo

In her role as Accounts Administrator, Elizabeth manages all incoming invoices and liaises with her colleagues on a daily basis to ensure that all work has been completed and all costings are correct.

She describes herself as responsible, reliable, and logical and loves organisation and structured processes. Honesty is one of her personal and professional values and aligns her closely with the Integriti brand.

Her professional experience spans eight years across client service management and account administration roles. Before, she studied at UNSW majoring in Human Resource Management and Finance.

Sam  Master Tiler   Formerly a scuba diving instructor, our master tiler Sam is a keen fisherman and adores the ocean - so much so that he credits it as the reason he moved to Australia. A keen fisherman, Sam loves marble and mosaic tiles above all others.
