Callan Dell  Project Manager   Callan has over 12 years experience in deluxe home builds and renovations, he is a down to earth genuine guy born and raised in Tasmania.  Callan holds client relationships as one of his highest priorities and thrives on exceeding expectations. Passionate and driven not only in his job but outside of work as well where he has an active lifestyle and keen interest in the outdoors. Club captain of his AFL side Wests Magpies as well camping and surfing just to name a few.

Luke Kamen  Construction Manager   To do everything to the best of his abilities at all times has been Luke’s motto during his 25 years working in the building industry. He describes himself as hard-working and patient. He clearly loves a challenge and sees himself as a problem solver and troubleshooter. The more complex and quirky the projects are, the better.

Sam  Master Tiler   Formerly a scuba diving instructor, our master tiler Sam is a keen fisherman and adores the ocean - so much so that he credits it as the reason he moved to Australia. A keen fisherman, Sam loves marble and mosaic tiles above all others.

Aaron Thoo  Operations Director   Aaron describes himself as calm, cool, and collected. Character traits that are pivotal to his role as Operations Manager. With his analytical mind and attention to detail, he ensures that all projects are of outstanding quality and delivered smoothly and with an excellent service experience for the client. His ultimate goal is to improve each client’s renovation experience.  Aaron graduated from UTS with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and gained valuable experience in the construction industry working for ten years as a Project Manager and Financial Controller for high rise residential developments. Her professional experience of 10 years spans across almost all creative fields. As a freelance fashion photographer, she travelled to London and Milan for Fashion Weeks and worked for brands such as Vogue Australia.  A creative soul, Josephine finds inspiration in everything around her and pays attention to details that make all the difference to achieve the client’s vision. It comes to no surprise that she is passionate about architecture and interior design.

Elizabeth Thoo  Accounts Administrator   In her role as Accounts Administrator, Elizabeth manages all incoming invoices and liaises with her colleagues on a daily basis to ensure that all work has been completed and all costings are correct.  She describes herself as responsible, reliable, and logical and loves organisation and structured processes. Honesty is one of her personal and professional values and aligns her closely with the Integriti brand.  Her professional experience spans eight years across client service management and account administration roles. Before, she studied at UNSW majoring in Human Resource Management and Finance.

David Jeoung  Contracts Administrator   Numbers, methodology, and a structured approach are three things that make David tick at work. While studying Civil Engineering at UNSW, he wears two hats at Integriti Projects: as the Contracts Administrator, he looks after contracts, purchase orders, invoices, rates, insurances, material orders, and the filing and organisation of all the necessary paperwork. As the Estimator for Integriti Projects, David provides quotes for clients, deals with variations, tenders and ensures that the price for a specific project reflects the scope of work.

Tony Barakat  Chief Financial Officer   Tony has extensive experience as Finance Director across several different industries in large as well as small organisations. He uses his knowledge in analysis and strategy to improve business performance. Outside of work, Tony likes to run, read and travel.
